You and you alone control your thoughts. So, make sure you sow the thoughts that are in allignment with what you truly want in your life.
3. Focus on what you want…Not what you don’t want. Your brain will move you in whatever direction you tell it to go in. This is probably the most important thing to know and understand.
4. Don’t let outside influences deter you from creating the life you desire. As the saying goes…”Misery Loves Company.” You may need to separate yourself from the people in your life who are afraid they will lose you because you have decided to grow instead of waiting to die. Sounds harsh but it’s true.
